ITI Consultancy Services, Pradhan Synergy has been working as a consulting organization since 2009, offer services for Accreditation and Affiliation of New ITI, Grading of Existing ITI, Adding more Trade/Units to existing ITI, Re-affiliation of Existing ITI, and Shifting of Existing ITI. Provide guidance on norms/Circulars related to Skill development or ITI Accreditation and Affiliation, issued by DGT/NCVT/State Skill Development Mission and Skill Ministry, New Delhi.

ITIs can be opened with minimum 4 Trades and maximum of 12 units. ITIs with 3 stars and above ratings, according to ITI grading system on NCVT portal would be allowed to add more units after one year/ two years depending on the duration of the trade. At present 126 Trades are running under Craftsman Training Scheme, most popular trades are Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Welder, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Draughtsman, etc.
